Established in 2009, Harts Pub champions an all-Australian craft beer line-up, with 12 rotating taps showcasing the best local brewers. We’re proud to support independent Australian-owned breweries and to be the official home of Pickled Monkey Brewing Co.

Originally built in 1905 as a private residence, our heritage-listed venue survived the post-bubonic plague demolitions and remains one of the area’s most iconic pubs. The building’s rich history blends seamlessly with modern touches like our beer-matched menu, offering a fresh take on the Harts Pub experience.
